All student athletes are required to have a current physical on file in order to participate in tryouts for middle school sports.  Pancare of Florida will be offering physicals for VMS and VHS athletes this summer. All forms are required and must be completed/signed prior to being seen on the medical bus for the sports physicals.  Students arriving with any part of the forms not filled out correctly or signed by the parent/guardian will be asked to reschedule if there are available appointments.
